Frequently Asked Questions
Exhale Physical Therapy is a cash-pay practice, meaning payment is collected at the time of service and insurance is not billed directly. A Superbill can be provided after each visit so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement through your own plan. This keeps care focused on what's actually needed, not what insurance approves.

Exhale Physical Therapy is a mobile practice serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. There is no clinic to travel to, so care is brought directly to your home for a convenient, comfortable experience that fits seamlessly into your day.
Your first visit is a 60-minute evaluation where you set the pace. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable about what has been going on and what you are hoping to get out of treatment. From there, a physical assessment with a whole body approach will help us understand what is contributing to your symptoms. We talk through what options might work best and decide together on what feels right for you.
The honest answer is: it depends. Every person comes in with a different history, different goals, and a different body, so there is no standard number of visits that applies to everyone.
Some people come for one or two visits, and others need more time for something chronic or complex. Some continue on for orthopedic issues, new pregnancies, or changes like perimenopause as life and activity bring new things up. There is no pressure to keep coming back, I am here when you need me.
